Power Walk

Feeling overwhelmed with all that you have to do?

Stop and take a power walk. Around the block. Really fast. Or do some jumping jacks. Or run in place. Do something to get those endorphines pumping through your body.

Your focus will be back in no time. You will feel less stressed and ready to get back in the game.

Trust me. I just got back from my power walk!
